Or get in touch and I will help as best I can :). As well as running I quite like a rocky scramble, ie a route where you have to use your hands to progress. Includes areas such as Kinder Scout, the Wilderness Gullies and Bleaklow, and features both classic (Wilderness Gully East and Wildboar Clough) and lesser known routes. But the climb up Birchen Clough was even better, essentially a long gradual scramble alongside a waterfall. Again the scramble section is near the top of the Kinder Plateau on this route.
